ANSI B56.1 that sets most of the forklift standards states:
4.17.3 (c) When the lifting carriage and/or forks are supporting the platform used to elevate personnel, the lifting carriage and/or forks are secured to prevent them from pivoting upward.
This would certainly may apply to our Maintenance and Orderpicking Platforms when used with pin style forks.
