The anti-slip coating on the Item 89005 is very durable, but the question has been raised if they can be resurfaced. The answer is yes, but the return shipping, prep (grinding), and recoating may cost as much as a new set of Anti-Slip forks.
And there is also the risk of the fork(s) having cracks which would make them unusable and we would need to start with a new pair of forks since they matched in pairs.
