Protecting metals passivation layer can be enhanced by using either Fork Sox™ or Poly Load Protectors. The real trick is finding the right solution for your application and your forklift operators. This probably will require experimentation to see which works in your environment.
If you have forks longer than 60", Fork Sox can be fabricated to what ever size you need. Poly Load Protectors are limited by molding equipment capacity.
