When considering fork extension sizes for forkift forks, most are familiar with the 150% rule that applies to the maximum permissinble length. Also be careful not to order forklift fork extensions that are too wide!
ITSDF B56.1-2005 7.39.5 states"...forks. Lateral clearance shall not exceed 12 mm between fork and extension."
