Our Poly Clad Forks are a permanent solution to covering forklift forks. When you need protection from the bare steel touching your product this approach affords a durable solution. Polyurethane can be cast on any of the forks surfaces, consideration should be given to the change of the overall fork dimensions. Typically, we cover surfaces with 1/2" of a 90A durometer poly on the top horizonal or the horizonal and vertical dimensions of the forks.
