Attachments to the front end of the forklift are required to have those items reflected in the truck data plate. Items generally needed are the type of attachment,weight of the attachment, the attachment's center(s) of gravity, it's size, the attachment's capacity, and type of mounting to the forklift.

If the truck is equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, the user shall request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered.
