Common Forklift Fork Measurements 

THICKNESS - (T) The thickness of the parallel portion of the blade or shank closest to the heel.

WIDTH - (W) The width of the blade.

HEIGHT - (H) The distance from the bottom of the blade to the top of the shank.

LENGTH - (L) The length of the blade measured from the front of the shank to the extreme tip of the blade.

CROSS SECTION - The product of the W (width) and T (thickness).

ANGLE - (A) The angle from the upper face of the blade to the front face of the shank.
