Drum Positioner

Allows fork truck driver to invert standing drums to the horizontal racking position and vice-versa. Positive latching system ensures safe handling of 55 gallon drums weighing up to 800 lbs.  Slide the positioner extensions over the vertical drum. With the aid of the Drum Positioner rotate drum to horizontal position. Latching system will engage to allow horizontal positioning of drum. It’s now ready to slide into the rack. Mechanical operation relies on fork truck to rotate and lift drums. Fork pockets measure 61⁄2"W x 21⁄2"H usable on 19.5" centers.

Eagle Beak Drum Lifter Attachment

This time tested and proven design allows a fork truck operator to easily secure, move and release drums without leaving the seat of the forklift. For use with open and closed head plastic, steel and fiber drums with a top lip strong enough to support the weight of the drum. Choose single-drum or double-drum configuration. Includes safety chain and T-Locks to secure unit to the forklift forks. Welded steel construction. Powder coat finish. Accommodates 30 and 55 gallon drums. Fork Pockets measure 6½” x 2½” on 19½“centers.

Deluxe Combination Fork Mounted Drum Lifter includes attachments to lift any type of drum; 30 and 55 gallon, steel, plastic, fiber and open or closed head drums. Includes single Eagle Beak™ unit and both bottom and top lip Poly Drum Lifters. Capacity will vary depending upon which attachment you are using. Fork pockets have an inside measurement of 6½" wide by 2½" high. Includes safety chain and T-locks for securing
unit to fork truck. Welded steel construction. Powder coat finish.

Fork Mounted Lift-Karriers

Model 285A forklift attachment provides 180° controlled tilt to fully invert your 55 gallon drum in 15 seconds. The pull chain reaches the fork truck operator with a 30:1 gear ratio. 800 lb full drum, 500 lb half drum capacity is standard.

The optional 285A-HD offers 1500 lb full/800 lb half drum capacity and the 285A-GR offers 2000 lb full/1000 lb half capacity.

The optional 285A-BP offers electric operation via it's own battery pack. It has two push buttons to tilt the drum forward and back.  Battery and charger are provided with the unit.

Other options like adapters for plastic or fiber drums, spark resistant models, and retaining hold down brackets are available upon request. Fork pockets 6.5" x 2.5" on 24.5" centers.

Forklift Drum Handler/Rotator

This product allows you to easily transport and rotate 55 gallon steel drums using a forklift. Drums are held securely in place by a durable chain locking system. Each unit is provided with a 15 foot long chain to allow the drum to be rotated up to 360° from the fork truck operator's seat. Fork pockets 7.5" wide x 2.5" high.
