 Ultra-Soft

Kast-A-Lite microcellular polyurethane standard in with a 2.375” thickness, black color. This is a 16 lb cf density best suited for fragile handling.

Soft 

Kast-A-Lite microcellular polyurethane standard in with a 2.375” thickness, red color. This is a 20 lb cf density best suited for light weight material.

Medium

Kast-A-Lite microcellular polyurethane standard in with a 2.375” thickness, yellow color. This is a 40 lb cf density is considered an all purpose grade.

Engineered Grade

An 80 durometer shore A polyurethane in 1.5” or 2.0” thickness, yellow color. This is a designed for severe industrial applications to withstand maximum impact.

Following up on a previous post on the details of the poly load protectors, note the inside tip dimensions are ½" at the very tip of the fork and taper to a 1" opening 10-12" back depending on the overall length. If you have blunt end forks, this is a problem.
